Haircare Recipe
Once every 2 weeks | 25 minutes

Ingredients

4 tablespoons/ Mayonnaise2 / Eggs1 tablespoon/ Your favorite hair oilYour favorite conditioner(shower cap and shoulder towel)

Directions

1) Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Apply mixture to towel dried hair.  
3) Put a shower cap on and a towel around your shoulders.
4) Leave in for 15-20 minutes preferably under a head dryer (or a hand dryer on medium heat).
5) Rinse out.
**If hair feels a little dry, apply your favorite conditioner to hair and leave in for just a few minutes. Rinse out.


Tips

- Protein from eggs strengthens your hair
- Mayonnaise detangles your hair
-There is such thing as “over conditioning hair”; do not leave conditioner in longer than 30 minutes
-Hair oil seals in moisture but hair oil is not a moisturizer.
-True moisturizers’ ingredients:
         a) Water
         b) Humectant(s)
         c) Emollient(s)
         d) Sealant(s)     
-Co-washing hair is healthier than shampooing
-It is unhealthy to wash hair daily, even for oily hair, no matter the texture
